What is eFluper?

eFluper is a cloud-based invoicing & business management application with support for myDATA and integration with a certified e-invoicing provider (Impact). Through eFluper you can issue sales invoices, register your purchases and expenses and update your company's cash register. You can manage your warehouse, monitor your sales and inventory and issue reports for your business. It is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses.

Do I need to install anything on my computer?

No, eFluper works online from any browser. You do not need to install anything on your computer. Simply log in to app.efluper.com and start issuing documents.

Does it support sending to the myDATA platform?

Yes, it sends your documents to myDATA either automatically or manually according to the instructions of the Public Administration Authority, but also supports the connection with a certified provider for sending documents to the Public Sector (B2G) and retail documents (B2C) without using a cash register or a VAT number.

Can I issue receipts and invoices?

Yes, you can create receipts, invoices, credit notes, offers and many more documents. You can send them via email to your customers or print them for physical delivery.

Is there a limit to the number of documents I can issue?

In the Light plan there is no limit to the number of documents you can issue. In the other plans, you can issue unlimited documents for a specific number of customers depending on the plan you choose.

Is my data safe?

Yes, all your data is stored encrypted in a cloud infrastructure with daily backups.

Is there support in case of a problem?

Of course, our support team is available to help you immediately via email or phone during business days and hours. There is also detailed documentation and user instructions on our website.

For extended support or for customization of the application there is an additional cost depending on your needs.

Can I manage my warehouse?

Yes, eFluper supports full monitoring of inventory, purchases and movements per product. It also allows for multiple warehouses as well as product sets (bundles) for easy management of product packages.

Is there a usage cost?

Yes, there is an annual or monthly subscription depending on the needs of your business. See the available packages in the Cost section. You can start with the free plan, try all the features of the application and upgrade later. The subscription purchase is easily done online through the application via debit card or PayPal.
