The Digital Customer Account can be activated from the application Settings, provided there is an active subscription to one of the available paid packages. The service is provided at a cost of €4 per month.

Businesses required to transmit data to the Digital Clients must first register with myDATA to obtain the necessary access credentials. Then, they enter records into the Digital Clients and send them to the AADE. During the provision and completion of the service, they update the corresponding record and, where required, link it to the relevant revenue documents.

Documents are issued through the application during the provision or completion of the service. When required, the issued document is linked to the corresponding record in the Digital Clients to ensure proper recording and transmission of data to the AADE.

No, no additional equipment is required to use the Digital Clients. The service operates fully within the application from any device with internet access, such as computers, tablets, or smartphones. Simply log in to the application and you can manage the Digital Clients and your documents without the need for additional equipment.
